For the last time this year, our colleague Steffen Schöne, Director Data Science & Shopper Research, went to Cologne to give a lecture on the subject of shopper research as part of the category management certification. Steffen Schöne was able to give the training participants practical recommendations regarding the most important shopper research methods in category management.
