Today the ECR Community published the international report about “Category Management Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow”. The 200-page report includes 14 international case studies and 3 ECR community articles as well as many other exciting reports concerning category management and shopper marketing.
The focus of the report is on case studies from retailers, manufacturers and service providers that show how category management is used worldwide to increase growth.
In the ECR Community Review, Yagora reports on the "Meatsnack Shopping 2020 - Perfect Shelf" project carried out together with Jack Link’s. The background of the project was that the “meat snacks” category was not in the focus of retailers despite strong growth and therefore there was no consistent placement in the markets. The category remained far below its possibilities, which is why Jack Link’s decided to carry out a category management project in order to not prevent future growth.
