Already in one week the ECR Day 2021, organized by GS1 Germany, will start. The congress for the retail and consumer goods industry has been an important part of the Yagora event calendar for years. As a long-term solution partner of GS1 Germany, we will be represented this year with our own virtual booth.
This year we are pleased that our colleague Steffen Schöne, Director Data Science and Shopper Research, will be on stage together with Sonja Briffett, Head of Category Management & Category Insight Management, Henkel Beauty Care Retail Germany. Together they will present our latest project "Bring’ em back - Shopper activation in the Beauty Care category with segment-specific promotions ". Together with Yagora, Henkel identified 4 distinct shopper segments in the Beauty Care category and researched their activation potential - with the aim of increasing frequency in the Beauty category again. The study comprised 2 phases, is based on the data of more than 3,000 shoppers and uses various implicit measurement methods to determine the attractiveness of promotions.
